Signing Up
- How do I join?

Complete the sign-up form at www.ListGlobally.com and select the subscription plan that suits your listing requirements. You will be taken to paypal where you can enter your credit card details or paypal account information to proceed with payment. Your ListGlobally account will be created and you will be automatically logged in to your account so that you can add listings. You will receive a confirmation email with your login details, instructions managing your properties via ListGlobally and links to our user guide.
Account, Agency and Password Information
- How many logins can I have for my agency?

You can add as many Sales Agents as you wish.
- Can all of my staff have separate logins?
-
The Name and Email Address you input when you register will become the Main Contact (or Admin User) for your ListGlobally account. The Main Contact can then go to Account Settings to create new Sales Agents. Each agent can share the same account login, or the Main Contact can elect to “allow login” for each Sales Agent. This will create a separate and private logins for each user under your account and is recommended for monitoring use of ListGlobally.com within your office.
- What is my username?

Your username is the email address you used to set up your ListGlobally account.
- I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click on the “Forgot your password?” link next to the sign in box. You’ll be prompted for your email address. We will send a re-set password email to the email address for your account.
ListGlobally Costs for Subscriptions and Premium Listing Credits
- Do I have to pay to join ListGlobally?

You need current paid subscription to access your ListGlobally account and to upload listings.
- ListGlobally used to be free to join and pay per listing, why have you changed?

Following user feedback we created a subscription model which provides our members with greater value for a higher number of listings. The minimum membership allows 200 x listings to be published each month for the same price that it originally cost to advertise 1 x listing over three months.
- Do I have to pay to advertise a property using ListGlobally?

You need current paid subscription to use ListGlobally. The minimum subscription allows for up to 200 listings to be advertised at once. We ask that you subscribe at sign-up through our website via paypal or credit card. Subscriptions are then auto-paid monthly until you decide to cancel your membership. There is no minimum term to subscribe and you can cancel at any time. Your subscription must remain active for your listings to appear across our international portal network.
- How much does it cost?

Subscription costs vary according to your location.
Each subscription allows you to publish up to 200 listings at once.

- How do I pay?

Subscription and Premium Listing Credit payment is via credit card or Paypal. You can buy Premium Listing Credits in advance. You can also upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your ListGlobally account and select Upgrade Subscription from the upper right of your Account Homepage to manage your account, or Buy Credits to add more Premium Listing Credits.
- Who can buy Premium Listing Credits for my account?

Any user can with access to your account can buy Premium Listing Credits for your Agency.
- Who can publish properties on my Subscription or use the Premium Listing credits for my account?

Any user with access to your account can utilise the Standard Listings for your subscription. They can also use the Premium Listing Credits which have been purchased for your agency. We recommend creating separate logins for each Sales Agent under your Account Settings if you wish to monitor the listings for your account.
- How long do I have to use all my Standard Listings?

Depending on your chosen subscription, you will have up to 200 Standard Listings available to publish properties worldwide. If you have upgraded a listing using a Premium Listing Credit, the listing will remain live across all of our Premium portal partner sites for 90 days from the day you upgraded. Your subscription must remain active for your Standard and Premium listings to remain online.
- Can I access a copy of my credit transaction invoice?

For bookkeeping purposes, you can access records of all credit transactions via your Account Settings page. Clicking on the View Credit Transactions link at the right of this page will take you to a list of all transactions, from here you can access, print or forward copies of your invoices. Invoices are separate from receipts which are issued by Paypal.
- Can I access a receipt for my purchase?

You will be issued with a receipt from paypal for each credit Subscription payment and Premium Listing Credit purchase you make.
- I am based in Australia – can I have a copy of tax invoices for my credit transactions?

All Australian ListGlobally accounts can access a Tax Invoice for each credit transaction. Australian Tax invoices are shown in Australian dollars with GST for tax purposes.
Uploading properties
- Can I upload a property but publish it later?

Yes, you can enter in all the property information and it will be saved for you for later. You pay for each listing as you elect to publish it. If you are uploading multiple listings, you can pay for them in a single transaction.
- I just want to list a property!

You need to sign up and pay for a minimum one month subscription with ListGlobally before you can upload a property. This process takes no more than a couple of minutes.
- Can I list a property on a portal within my own country?

No, your property will only appear on portals in countries other than where your business operates or where your listings are located.
- What is the difference between a Standard and Premium Listing?

Standard Listings appear across our network of Standard Portal Partners only. Premium listings appear across our entire network of portal partner sites. Premium portal partners generate more traffic and exposure for your listings.
- How do I know my property has been uploaded to all the portals?

You can also view live links to each of your properties. Log in to your ListGlobally account then go to your Account Homepage. From here, view your Published Properties list. To the right of each property, you can select Performance. At the top of your property performance page are live links to your property on each portal.
Alternatively you can click on Performance at the top any page to take you to your Account Performance. From here, locate the listing you wish to view, then click Performance to the right of that listing.
Your Account Performance page will show performance statistics and live links to your listings on each partner portal. If the link is green the listing is live. If grey - the listing is not yet live - allow 24 hours from time of publication. If purple, your property may be Archived.
Email support@ListGlobally.com if you believe there is a problem with your live listing.
- Can I upload part of the property information and return to complete my listing later?

You can upload partial property listing info and return to complete your listing later. The minimum requirement to add a new listing is to complete the “Street Name”. All incomplete listings are stored and can be accessed from your Account Home.
- Why are there so many required fields for each property listing?

Each of our international partner portals has different listing requirements. By capturing the required information across all portals, we are ensuring your listings will appear on leading websites around the world.
Editing, Removing/Archiving or Extending Listings
- Can I remove or make changes to my property anytime?
-
Yes, you are able to make changes to your property at any time whether your listing is Incomplete, Ready to Publish, or already Published. Note the changes to published listings may take 24 hours to update across our partner portals.
- What happens when I archive a property?

You can archive any listing at any time. If that property listing was Incomplete or Ready to Publish all details are simply moved to an inactive status within the archives. If the listing was at Published status and live on our international partner portals, it will be removed from their live sites within 24 hours.
- Can I re-publish an Archived property?

If you Archive a previously Published property you will be able to reactivate it at any time, as long as you have an active subscription and your listing quota has not been reached. Locate the listing within your Archived properties and select Re-publish. The property will return to your Published listings and will appear on all partner portals.
If you would like to publish an Archived property that was never before published, you can create a Duplicate listing - which will become active within your Incomplete or Ready to Publish properties. You do not need a credit to create a duplicate until you wish to Publish the listing.
- Can I extend a Premium Listing beyond 90 days?

You can extend a published Premium Listing at any time for a further 90 day period - from the original expiry date. Locate the property within your Published listings and select Extend. If you have sufficient Premium Listing Credits, the listing will be automatically extended. If not, you will be directed to Buy Credits via Paypal.
Viewing my listings
- I can’t see my listing on your portal partner sites, where is it?

Please allow 24 hours for your listing to appear on all of our portal partner websites. If you believe there is a problem with your listing, email support@ListGlobally.com – don’t forget to tell us the property address you are searching for.
- Can I list a commercial property?

Yes, although it is up to our international portal partners whether or not to accept commercial listings within the Overseas/International sections of their websites. At time of this FAQ publication, all our portal partners do accept commercial properties.
- Where can I view my listings?

You can view your listings in the Overseas or International section at our partner portals.
Log in to your Account and click on Performance at the top any page to take you to your Account Performance. From here, locate the listing you wish to view then click Performance to the right of that listing.Your Account Performance page will show performance statistics and live links to your listings on each partner portal. If the link is green the listing is live. If grey - the listing is not yet live - allow 24 hours from time of publication. If purple, your property may be Archived.
Email support@ListGlobally.com if you believe there is a problem with your live listing.
- What language will my listings display in?

Listings will display in the language you have entered. Note that our site has been designed to support listings in English. Most of our partner sites display listings in English. Others have English versions of their site, or have designed their website to run through google translator. We aim to have translation services in future.
Leads & Account Performance
- How do I receive leads from the portals?

Sign in to your ListGlobally account and view your leads for each listing through your Account Performance Page. You can also view or forward leads for each individual property – locate the listing within your Account Home – Published page. Select Performance or click on the Leads tally for that property. You will be taken to the individual property performance page, where you can select, view and forward leads.
In addition, all leads will be emailed to the listing Sales Agent. ListGlobally property lead emails will be kept indefinitely. You are able to read, delete or forward all email communications at any time. Note that leads come directly via our partner portals – so they may appear in foreign languages. If you are having difficulty interpreting leads, you can use an online tool such as
http://translate.google.com, babelfish.yahoo.com or www.reverso.net. - I received a lead which I believe to be bogus or spam. What should I do?

We have a number of spam filtering prevention measures in place, as do some of our portal partners. Unfortunately there will be occasions where bogus leads or spam can bypass our filtering. You can report spam to us by forwarding the lead to support@ListGlobally.com. We will add the sender of the lead to our filter list.
