How do I join?
Select the plan that fits you the best and sign-up to start using ListGlobally.
Your ListGlobally account will be created immediately and you will be able to start creating your adverts. However, you will be able to publish your listings only after 24h. You will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes after subscribing on our website. This email confirmation contains your login details. In case you don’t receive it within 24h, please contact us.
My country is not available
If your country is not available in the system, please contact us and we will enable it for you!
How many logins can I have for my agency?
We only provide one login per agency on our interface.
Can all of my staff have separate logins?
No, this is currently not possible. Your sales agents should use the same login.
What is my username?
Your username is the email address you used to set up your ListGlobally account.
I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on the “Forgot your password?” link right below the log in box. You will be asked to enter your email address or username. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
Do I have to pay to advertise a property using ListGlobally?
ListGlobally is a subscription-based service with plans for 3, 6 or 12 months and different quantitites of listings. You can cancel at any time. Once you have cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How much does it cost?
Subscription costs vary according to the number of listings you want to publish and the type of plan you want to choose (Classic vs. Premium). Please visit the plan selection to find the package that fits you the best.
Can I remove or make changes to my property anytime?
Yes, you are able to make changes to your listing at any time, even if it is already published. Note that the changes may take up to 24 hours to be updated.
Can I create my advert and not publish it staight away? Yes, you can create an advert and unpublish it directly after. You can edit it and publish it whenever you want.
I can’t see my listing on your portal partner sites, where is it?
Your listing will appear on all of our partner portals within 24h. If you cannot see your ad after 24h and/or you believe there is a problem with your listing, please contact us. Please, don’t forget to mention the property ID you are searching for.
Can I list a commercial property?
At time of this FAQ publication, all our portal partners do accept commercial properties. This situation may change in the future depending on our partners’ policy.
Where can I view my listings?
You can view your listings in the Overseas or International section of our partner portals’ websites. We provide you with direct links to your property detail page on each portal of the network through our Publishing Manager. If you believe there is a problem with your listing, please contact us – don’t forget to mention the property ID you are searching for.
What language will my listings display in?
Listings will be displayed in the language you have used during your ads insertion. In addition to the original language, your listings will be automatically translated and displayed in 16 languages. However, most of our partner sites display listings in English. Please note that although we attempt to ensure a complete and accurate translation, we make no guarantee as to the quality or accuracy of translations.
On which network will my properties be displayed?
The network on which your properties will be displayed will depend on your subscription. Please visit the network page to discover your network.
I received a lead which I believe to be bogus or spam. What should I do?
We have a number of spam filtering prevention measures in place, as do some of our portal partners. Unfortunately there will be occasions where bogus leads or spam can bypass our filtering. You can report spam to us going to the contact page and copying the email. We will add the sender of the lead to our filter list.
